Fiesta Quinta is two homes near each other in La Quinta, each with its own private pool, kitchen and outdoor dining, and each with a personality of its own: Casa Oasis for the pool and the spa, Casa Fairway for the golf course and the putting green.
Book one for a family or a golf weekend, or book both for up to twenty-two guests and let the group spread out. Every stay is a private one: your own homes, your own pools, and the desert sky overhead.

Good to know: guests must be 21 or older to book. Dogs are welcome by arrangement. Both homes are smoke-free. Pool and spa heating is available on request for an additional fee from October through April.

The House
A ranch-style home of polished concrete floors, vaulted ceilings and huge sliding doors that fold the living room into the pool terrace. An olive-green sectional faces a white-brick fireplace, and the dining table seats the whole group.
The kitchen has a marble-topped island with seating, a stainless range with a hood, and room for a private chef to work. Everything is on one level.

Seven Bedrooms
Three king bedrooms, queen rooms and a bunk room, set around a central wing. The primary suite has its own bath, and a deep soaking tub makes the bathrooms feel like a spa.
Rooms are dressed in crisp white linen with warm wood and brass accents, and the bunk room is made for children and teams.

Pool, Spa and Garden
A long turquoise pool with a shallow sun shelf for lounging, and a raised, tile-lined spa in the corner with a waterfall spillover. Striped umbrellas, loungers and a grill sit beside a wide concrete terrace.
Beyond the pool are open lawn, a two-person hammock under the trees and an outdoor table that takes the whole party for dinner at dusk. A heated pool and spa can be arranged in the cooler months.

The House
A bright single-level home of polished concrete and glass, with a linear fireplace, a glass dining table and sliding doors that open straight to the fairway. A ping-pong table sits in the open living space.
The kitchen has a gas range, a dishwasher and a long island with bar seating, and the house has an in-home washer and dryer.

Three Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a king bed under an arched navy velvet headboard and opens to the covered patio. Two further bedrooms each have a double and a twin bed, and the baths are finished in stone and warm wood.
A desk and fast WiFi make a workable corner for a remote day, and a travel crib is available.

Fairway Pool and Putting Green
The pool has in-water loungers and small fountains, and it faces the fairway and the sunset. A covered patio with a long dining table and an outdoor kitchen with a grill stands behind it.
Around the side of the house is a private putting green and a shaded second patio with teal chairs, which is where the golf week starts.

Two homes, one stay.
Book both homes and the property becomes a private compound: ten bedrooms, eight bathrooms and two pools, with a spa, a putting green, two kitchens and two outdoor dining tables between them.
It is the right shape for a wedding party, a team offsite, a golf and tennis group or a family that has outgrown a single house. Everyone has a place to gather, and everyone has a door to close.

Fiesta Quinta is a residential stay for registered guests. Events and gatherings beyond the registered guests are not permitted unless arranged in advance and in writing, and outdoor use observes the City of La Quinta's quiet hours. Tell us about your group and we will reply with what is possible.

Location
La Quinta, and the whole valley.
Fiesta Quinta is in La Quinta, about a hundred miles east of Los Angeles, surrounded by golf courses, spas and desert trails, with Old Town La Quinta, PGA West and the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens close by.
The tennis season at Indian Wells, the date gardens, Palm Springs and Joshua Tree are all within easy reach, and the Empire Polo Club, home of the Coachella and Stagecoach festivals, is about ten minutes away.
